Michaels started playing golf at age 8. She was an All-American athlete at UCLA and was the 2011 LPGA Symetra Tour Rookie of the Year. During her eight years on the Tour, Michaels has achieved Lifetime Veteran status and has been integral in updating the LPGA’s Maternity Policy. She has since founded the Sydnee Michaels Foundation, advocating for girls in sports and empowering women to pursue their dreams.
