Personal
Hong is 5’6”, was born in Seoul and influenced by her father, Tae Shik Hong, who is a former professional golfer. She picked up golf at the age of 9 and was already competing nationally within a year. Hong attributes her strengths to “cool and consistent play based on strong mentality” and hopes to become a role model to many and give back to her community. Her hobbies include being outdoors, shopping, working out and traveling. Through golf, she loves getting to be competitive, the opportunity to meet new people and traveling the world.
