Personal
Kim, 5’4”, was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to California as a young girl. She started playing golf at the age of 6. She credits her parents, God and “the people who believed in me since I was young” as the individuals who most influenced her career. She enjoys shopping, hanging out with family and close friends, music, dancing, singing and fashion. In 2008, Kim consecutively won the Duramed FUTURES Tour at the Mercedes-Benz of Kansas City Championship and the Aurora Health Care Championship, as well as the Falls Auto Group Classic.

2013

• Recorded a career-best T4 finish at the Pure Silk-Bahamas LPGA Classic.

2012

• Posted a season-best T10 at the RR Donnelley LPGA Founders Cup.

2011

• Four top-10 finishes, including a season-best T5 finish at the LPGA State Farm Classic.

Amateur

• Winner of 2006 American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Mission Hills Desert Junior Classic.

• Winner of 2006 Los Angeles City Championship.

• Earned 2006 AJGA First Team All-American honors
