Borrelli started playing golf at age 3. Though she grew up also playing soccer, basketball, softball and volleyball, Borrelli committed to golf once she hit middle school. She is mentored by her father, who played baseball at the University of California, Davis. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of San Francisco and transferred to the University of California, Berkeley for graduate school in 2022.
